We are dedicated to ensuring our properties are kept as pristine as possible so that you can enjoy your stay. To do this, we partner with cleaning services, maintenance personnel and other trades to keep the property in the best condition at all times. We have also incorporated COVID-19 Certified cleaners and procedures for your protection.

EZHomestays caters to a clientele looking for not only safe, reliable and convenient short term housing with a touch of luxury as an alternative to high priced hotels. We specialize in short term rentals for vacationers and professionals relocating to or visiting the Kissimme, Orlando area.

If you travel with a large family, or with friends and you go the traditional route, you would probably stay at a hotel and perhaps need 2 or 3 rooms. In resort areas, this can cost $350-$450 plus per night, per room. Or, you can take advantage of a Short Term Rental. Not only is there enough room for everyone, but the property is fully outfitted. After all, one of the most costly items on a family vacation is the cost of eating in restaurants all the time. With a Short Term Rental, you can still eat at restaurants when you want, but you have the option of cooking meals for yourself which can save you a lot of money. All you have to do is pick up the the supplies you need.

We'll have a maintenance man on call for minor maintenance of the property so you don't have to worry about it. We have also partnered with a professional cleaning service so that after each guest checks-out, your property will be professionally cleaned.
